Account Information: Email, name, and password when you register.
Home Data: Information you enter about your home systems, maintenance schedules, documents, and service history.
Usage Data: How you interact with our service to improve the experience.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve The Park Reserve service. We send maintenance reminders, generate reports, and help you manage your home. We never sell your data to third parties. Ever.
Data Security
We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) to protect your data at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, SOC 2 compliant servers. We regularly audit our security practices and never store more data than necessary.
Your Rights
You own your data. You can export it anytime, and if you cancel your membership, we'll retain it for 30 days for you to download, then permanently delete it. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting us.
