These terms govern your use of The Park Reserve service. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your Membership

The Park Reserve is a subscription service. Founding members pay $149/year, locked for life. Future members will pay the standard rate (currently $249/year).

Your membership renews automatically each year. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong password and don't share your login credentials.

The information you enter is for your personal home management use. Don't use The Park Reserve for any illegal purpose or to store content that violates others' rights.

Our Responsibilities

We commit to providing a reliable, secure service. We'll give reasonable notice before any significant changes to features or pricing. We'll never sell your data, and we'll always let you export it.

Refunds

New members can request a full refund within 30 days if The Park Reserve isn't right for them. After 30 days, we don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Limitation of Liability

The Park Reserve is a home management tool, not a substitute for professional advice. We're not responsible for any decisions you make based on information in your account. Always consult qualified professionals for major home maintenance decisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
